Can you help?

This is Tom. He's the office turkey. Tom is a bit goofy and a little scrawny – and it's going to be hard to make it through the winter if we don't add some bulk to him very soon. We don't intend to eat him on Thanksgiving Day.

Do you like Tom? He really is an easy-care turkey. He goes to sleep when I turn off my computer. I never have to walk him. And, best of all . . . he never has an accident or emergency. What do you think—the perfect office turkey, eh?

There's only one problem. We need to help him reach his full potential? Will you donate to Cultural Tourism DC and support us through the long, cold winter months?

We know there is strong competition for your giving dollars.  More than 1,100 of Washington's best nonprofits will participate in #GivingTuesday this year. We will too, and I hope that Tom will help you remember Cultural Tourism DC on #GivingTuesday.

Tom and I know that there are lots of great causes out there. We don't expect to receive the biggest gift you give. We'd just like to be remembered with a donation that is commensurate with the services you receive from us. Did you sample some delicacies during Around the World Embassy Tour? Did you see turkey on any of those menus? What about WalkingTownDC? Did you run across a wild turkey as you roamed the streets of DC.  Did you hear any turkeys during Adams Morgan PorchFest?
