Tour the National Headquarters:

The Red Cross welcomes you to visit the historic National Headquarters located at 430 17th Street, Washington, DC 20006. The building, which was designated a National Historical Landmark in 1965, houses art and artifacts by well-know artists acquired by the American Red Cross since its formal inception in 1881. At the forefront of this collection are Tiffany windows designed and constructed by the renowned studio of Louis Comfort Tiffany, son of the New York City jeweler. The three-paneled stained glass windows were commissioned in 1917.

To schedule a tour, please contact the American Red Cross at tours@redcross.org. Please note the following:

>  The National Headquarters is a working office building and all visitors are required to show identification. In addition, guests may be subject to additional security screening.
>  Please schedule in advance. For security reasons, we cannot accommodate tours larger than 15 people.
>  The Tiffany windows may not always be available for viewing due to business events scheduled in the room.
>  Only limited street parking is available
>  Nearest Metro: Farragut West (blue and orange lines), Farragut North (red line).
>  Handicap accessible from E Street parking lot.
>  Tour schedule is subject to changes or cancellation.
>  Closed most federal holidays.
