Cría Puercos at the 2022 Ibero-American Film Showcase
On July 29, the Mexican Cultural Institute and the Ibero-American Cultural Attachés Association present the Mexican film Cria Puercos during the 2022 Ibero-American Film Showcase at Franklin Park. This film tells the story of Esmeralda, a widow who, after the death of her husband and the absence of her son, lost her interest in life. Things change and she regains hope when a piglet comes into her life. This film is in Spanish with English subtitles.

Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Last May, the Embassy of Azerbaijan participated in Around the World Embassy Tour. The embassy invited DC residents and visitors to learn about Azerbaijan history and culture – the country's important presence along the Silk Road, its status as one of the oldest wine making countries in the world, and its natural beauty.
