The New Normal . . . When we experience it, we'll know it. That's the new normal. As we prepare for Around the World Embassy Tour, we are encouraging people to do those things that make them feel comfortable. For years, we encouraged embassies to begin educating and entertaining their guests on their front lawns and driveways as they wait to enter the grounds. We think that a version of Passport DC in the Garden will provide a safe, more comfortable experience for visitors this year as we emphasize outdoor activities on the embassy's grounds. Some but it is unlikely that all embassies will permit people inside their chancelleries in 2022. If they do, they may have a face mask requirement so be prepared and bring one with you. Remember, each embassy sets the rules for how it will participate in Around the World Embassy Tour. We'll do our best to keep you informed at http://www.PassportDC.org, our mobile website. | |
