Designing the Gilded Age: A Symposium
On Friday, November 12, DAR Museum presents a symposium that will explore the relationship between architects, decorators, and owners in the late 19th and early 20th centuries to complement the museum's current exhibit. Attendees will listen to a full day of speakers and tour the exhibit with Patrick Sheary, curator of Illuminating Design: The Decoration and Technology of E. F. Caldwell and Co., 1895-1959.

Exposed DC
Exposed DC connects photographers of all levels with networking, mentoring, and exhibition opportunities. Since 2006 Exposed DC has produced the annual Exposed Photography Show, which includes a contest that begins in December and ends with a gallery exhibit the following spring. Click here for more information.
