Environmental Film Festival: Citizen Nobel

Stay tuned to this unique festival to enjoy free monthly screenings this fall, featuring internationally-focused feature-length films and filmmaker discussions. Available October 21-24, the DC Environmental Film Festival presents Citizen Nobel, a film about 2017 Nobel Prize in Chemistry winner Jacques Dubochet. The award transforms his life.  

 

Southwest BID

Southwest D.C. is a neighborhood rooted in arts, culture and people. Located just south of the National Mall, it is home to ten world-class museums, seven performance venues and James Beard award-winning chefs. Southwest BID works to support the small-town feel and tight-knit, active community. On October 20, bring a picnic basket and enjoy music from 1Self Cultural Works at Duck Pond Music.
