Postponed: Passport DC in the Garden We created Passport DC in the Garden to serve as a bridge to May 2022 when we can host a full-fledged event. Sadly, over the past several weeks COVID-19 and its virulent delta variant crashed our attempt at normal programming. With young people effected by the virus and older people needing a booster shot of vaccine, clearly the virus isn't beaten yet. We don't want anyone to contract COVID-19 at one of our events. Our assessment determined that the only way to safely offer the event would require us to introduce restrictions, distancing, and barriers to participation that are the antitheses of what Around the World Embassy Tour represents. And so, we decided to postpone the October 16 event to another time when we can safely offer it. Thank you for your understanding. | |
