Passport DC @Home

Passport DC, Cultural Tourism DC's annual spring tradition of celebrating the city's international and diplomatic communities, returns as a month-long virtual event Passport DC @Home from May 1-31. Through live streaming and video recordings, participants in Passport DC @Home will sample the excitement of visiting more than 20 countries. Join the fun as you learn about Argentina, Australia, Chile, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, China, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mali, Morocco, Oman, Peru, St. Kitts and Nevis, Sri Lanka, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda and more!

Embassy of Argentina

Argentina purchased its embassy in February 1913 from the widow of a Pennsylvania Congressman, who had commissioned the mansion in 1906. Today, the building is a beautiful backdrop for diplomatic and public events. On May 1, you can virtually attend
the last performance of 2021 DC Tango Festival, a tribute to legendary tango composer Astor Piazzolla. This concert was pre-recorded at the Catholic University of America in DC.
