Location

Youth Dance Project engages young dance artists throughout the DC area, providing a platform to present new works. This year we will showcase the talents of the youth dance community in a variety of dance styles including hip hop, contemporary and modern dance.

The concert will include works by the following youth choreographers: Serena Baldick, Alexandra May Ballance, Cameron Boucher-Khan, Maggie Bujor, Dana Coen, Meryl Crock, Sarah Epstein, Tina Fowler, Tiara Goodum, Daishawn Jones, Lila Ruth Klaus, Cecily Lo, Tammy Mamlet, Sabrina Scherr and Kristen Weymouth.

Featuring a performance conceptualized by Helanius Wilkins with Elana Anderson as part of the Just Say No Project and Above the Influence Project improvised and performed by the Youth Dance Ensemble Company.
