Newseum. Washington Post advice columnist Carolyn Hax talks about her daily column and her career in journalism.
Hax joined The Washington Post in 1992 and began writing an advice column five years later. The column was syndicated in 1998 and can now be read in nearly 200 newspapers.
Her uncanny ability to see through what her readers are really saying has made her column one of the most popular features in The Washington Post. Rather than tell them what to do, Hax offers new ways to think, so they can find for themselves the solutions that best meet their individual needs.
Hax also hosts a weekly chat with readers on washingtonpost.com and is the author of "Tell Me About It: Lying, Sulking, Getting Fat … and 56 Other Things Not to Do While Looking for Love," published in 2001.
I would like to take the time to thank you for the support provided to our organization, Latin Fashion Week. The event was a huge success thank to the cooperation of company like Cultural Tourism DC and people like you.
