Having a good working relationship with your local CVB (convention and visitors bureau) is essential for any size museum, especially during large celebration years such as the ongoing Civil War Sesquicentennial. This workshop will give participants the opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of tourism promotion from both sides of the fence—museums and CVBs. It will help both groups better understand each other and work together on tourism promotion that will benefit museums and their communities.

Box lunch available for additional $15.

Fee:
Special $35 for first time attendees; Regular $50 for members, $75 for nonmember
