From haunting stone steles to luxurious gold masks and imposing monumental statues, "Roads of Arabia" offers a glimpse into the untold story of Saudi Arabia's cultural past. The groundbreaking exhibition includes more than 280 objects, ranging in date from Arabia's prehistory to the early 20th century, all of which are making their North American debut. Tracing the impact of ancient trade routes and pilgrimage roads stretching from Yemen in the south, to Iraq, Syria and Mediterranean cultures in the north, "Roads of Arabia" features recent discoveries from several important sites throughout the Arabian Peninsula.

Accompanying programs include an opening-weekend celebration, classical Arab music performances, ImaginAsia children's activities, contemporary cinema from Saudi Arabia, scholarly lectures and exhibition tours.

Visit www.RoadsofArabia.com for an exhibition preview, featuring videos, object highlights, upcoming events and tour dates.
