For millennia, architects have looked to Rome for inspiration. Rarely, however, has modern Rome been regarded as a model for contemporary architecture and urban design. As part of AIA|DC's Architecture Week, G. Martin Moeller, Jr., Assoc. AIA, senior vice president and curator at the National Building Museum, addresses lessons-both good and bad-that may be learned from one of the world's most chaotic, frustrating, yet enchanting cities. No charge; registration required; walk-in registration based on availability.
