National Building Museum. James O'Gorman, the Grace Slack McNeil Professor Emeritus of the History of American Art at Wellesley College, outlines the historical context in which the drawings on view in Drawing Toward Home were created, beginning with the origins of the architectural profession in this country and continuing through the pre-CAD era. A book signing follows the lecture. Drawing Toward Home will be open prior to the lecture. $12 members and students; $20 non-members.
