Mark the end of summer at two of Georgetown's most historic houses, Dumbarton House and Tudor Place with sweets, games, and crafts!
At Dumbarton House, kids of all ages will learn about Dolley Madison and some of her favorite things (turbans being one!). Enjoy afternoon tea and snacks, dress up in fashionable Federal period clothing, and create a handmade craft that certainly would have caught first lady Dolley’s attention. At Tudor Place, enjoy George Washington’s favorite desert, ice cream, play early American games, and create a handmade craft that would have inspired the first president himself! Guests may enjoy activities at both museums from 10am to 1pm. Member children: $8; non-member children: $10; accompanying adults: $5.
I would like to take the time to thank you for the support provided to our organization, Latin Fashion Week. The event was a huge success thank to the cooperation of company like Cultural Tourism DC and people like you.
