Established in 2007, the Choir of Civilizations performs the spiritual and cultural songs of Turkey's diverse heritage, including pieces in Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Latin, Greek and Armenian.
The Choir of Civilizations brings together the most accomplished vocalists and musicians of the Antakya province of southern Turkey. The Choir expresses the diverse and ancient cultural heritage of Turkey, while promoting solidarity based on mutual respect, understanding and appreciation. The Choir of Civilizations is a 2012 Nobel Peace Prize nominee.
