Artist Alayna Rasile is completely addicted to creative, tangible correspondence; her consumption of stamps is unhealthy, and her relationship with the Mail Man is a unique one! This workshop will open up the world of Art Mail. We will discuss a variety of forms that mail can take (binding, folding, puzzles, scrolls...); The myriad of materials that make interesting stationary; creative letter writing structures; and the technical aspects of what goes and what are No-No's for the USPS. In our world of digital communication, the beauty of the good ol' post has been abandoned. Understanding the endless possibilities of parcels is the key to stealing hearts!
