The Washington Area Concierge Association was founded in 1984 and has grown to over 300 members. Our members include affiliates from major theaters, tour operators, restaurants, and tourism businesses. Our concierge members represent more than 17,000 hotel rooms in different lodging categories throughout Washington, D.C. The purposes of the Association are to develop friendship, solidarity, and a level of competence among the concierge of the hotels and buildings of the DC area through educational programs and social interaction. The Association works for the development of the tourism industry in the Washington, DC area by working with businesses and organizations to provide excellent services
