Collections & Stories of American Muslims, Inc. (Traveling Exhibit, Archives, & Museum) (CSAM) is a 501 c (3) non-profit organization established in 1996. CSAM provides cultural educational programs and museum services to the public. CSAM’s mission is to preserved America’s Islamic legacy by collecting, archiving, and displaying artifacts and information about America’s rich Islamic history. As well as to establish an Islamic museum, educational programs, and traveling exhibitions in the United States and for abroad, which reflects America’s true culture diversity. Over the years CSAM has provided exhibits and programs for schools, Mosques, community centers, community groups, libraries, the Smithsonian’s Anacostia Museum, the State Department’s International Guest Program, and for the State Department Embassies in Qatar and Nigeria.
