The Underground Railroad now travels through Madame Tussauds [1] as the museum unveiled Harriet Tubman’s wax likeness. The statue is unveiled, appropriately, in the middle of Black History Month and honors the woman who was responsible for leading more than 300 slaves to freedom.
Descendants and family members of Harriet Tubman were present at the unveiling, along with students from the Harriet Tubman Elementary School in DC.
