Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District
MVT CID is a private, nonprofit organization established to enhance the overall quality of life for residents, employees, visitors, and property owners in the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood. The area has lively new and old architecture and attractive mixed-use programming set within the east end of downtown Washington, DC. 

 

PorchFest at Rhode Island Ave, NE The second annual Rhode Island Avenue, NE, PorchFest celebrates local talent by turning the front porches of neighborhood homes into performance spaces where local musicians play for the community. Rhode Island Avenue PorchFest is Saturday, September 26, between 2-6 pm and is free to the public and presented by Rhode Island Avenue Main Streets in partnership with Cultural Tourism DC.

Art All Night: Nuit Blanche DC The free festival is an all-night exploration and celebration of contemporary art, encompassing five of DC's most vibrant neighborhoods: Congress Heights, Dupont Circle, H Street NE, North Capitol and Shaw. Watch as DC's creative community re-imagines public and private space and invites us all to see our city anew. Festivities start Saturday, September 26 at 7pm and run through 3 am, Sunday September 27.

PorchFest is back
