Vision

Support, promote, inform, collaborate, and educate (SPICE).

About

NCAFFA was created in 2010 in response to two questions:

1. Why food businesses serving foods with tremendous appeal to Americans who have likely had extremely positive experiences with these foods (having visited the Caribbean on vacations) have not grown to their full potential?

2. What can be done to assist entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs to achieve this potential?

Its founding board members are Doreen Thompson, Dorel Callender, and Basil Buchanan. Association with the Alliance is open to restaurants and carryout, caterers, food producers, food related products producers, cookbook authors, persons with interest in Caribbean foods.
