WalkingTown DC 2022 (WTDC)

The annual WTDC features more than 50 guided walking tours across 20 neighborhoods throughout the District. It takes place from September 17 - 25 with tours that are led by historians, licensed tour guides, community leaders and business owners, enthusiasts and docents. WTDC introduces residents and visitors to the art, culture, and history of Washington, DC. Don't miss it! Register now for your free tour!

DC Public Library (DCPL)
The District of Columbia Public Library is a vibrant center of activity for residents and visitors in the nation's capital. Twenty-six libraries in 25 neighborhoods provide environments that invite reading, exploring, learning developing creativity, and community discussion. On September 15, visit Shaw (Watha T. Daniel) Neighborhood Library to celebrate the Hispanic Heritage Month. Learn about and create your own molas, a form of folk art created by the Kuna women of the San Blas Islands in Panama.
