Cultural Tourism DC is an independent coalition of more than 230 culture, heritage, and community-based organizations. Cultural Tourism DC and its members develop, deliver, and celebrate experiences that are authentic to Washington for area residents and visitors. Working with partners in local government, business, and tourism, Cultural Tourism DC is a leading advocate for, and broker of, local, national, and international culture and heritage as assets for the city at large.

From large institutions such as the Kennedy Center and George Washington University to smaller ones such as the Textile Museum and Hillwood Museum and Gardens, our membership represents the best of what DC has to offer, in all eight wards.
