Chef Johnson has more than 25 years experience as a professional chef. No stranger to competition, he has participated in numerous culinary contests, winning numerous awards. Before coming to Washington, Chef Johnson served as food and beverage manager for Westin and Sheraton Resorts at Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort in Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas; and executive chef at Westin Buckhead, Atlanta; and executive chef at the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort in Nassau, Bahamas.
