Cultural Tourism DC Names New Director of Development
Kyle Rahn Joins the Nonprofit Coalition as a Member of its Senior Leadership Team
Washington, DC – Cultural Tourism DC has named Kyle Rahn as the director of development. In this position, she will oversee written, verbal, and electronic communications with funders, manage individual and corporate giving programs, administer federal funding and grant opportunities, and direct donor events, including the Embassy Chef Challenge, the annual benefit for Cultural Tourism DC. As director of development, Rahn will serve as a member of the organization's senior leadership team.

Rahn joins Cultural Tourism DC after working as a consultant for many national and international organizations. She served as the director of US development and major gifts for Mercy Ships International where she was influential in helping the organization raise more than $16 million in two years. Prior to her work in the nonprofit sector, Rahn operated several marketing, direct mail, and sales companies. She is a member of The Rotary Club of Washington, DC, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Daughters of the American Revolution, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Bethesda Health Care Clinic, Tyler, Texas.
