Note 1: I’m not sure how this page will be laid out.  If each action has a link, then link photos, videos, stories & testimonials to their respective upload pages.

Note 2:  the submission form should include specific instructions about file sizes and what information is needed and will be displayed with the submissions.  Also you need some kind of legal disclaimer like the following:

By submitting stories, images or videos, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and the information you post: (a) does not violate or otherwise infringe on the intellectual property rights of any individual or company, (b) is legal and does not violate any laws, (c) does not encourage unlawful conduct, and (d) does not contain language or images that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, profane, or otherwise objectionable.

Please note that Cultural Tourism DC reserves the right to reject any submission. By submitting your personal story, images and videos, you give Cultural Tourism DC unlimited rights to use the submissions to promote tourism in DC.

Note 3:  If this is going to be a chat room, you’ll need to have some kind of moderator to make sure that all comments are in line with the organization’s values, and are not unacceptable in any way.  If this isn’t possible, then you’ll need some kind of statement about what kind of comments are acceptable and what would happen should a member violate the policy.
