Embassies and international cultural centers will open their doors, drawing in visitors to experience the music, dance, crafts, and cuisine of their nation.

Saturday, May 1: Around the World Embassy Tour - Embassies present a citywide free Embassy Open House featuring artists and artisans, performers, lecturers, teachers, and others that represent their unique cultures. Participants will find a range of educational and cultural programming that promotes global citizenship, curiosity, and interconnectedness.
Saturday, May 8: EU presents a Shortcut to Europe: European Union Embassies' Open House - Visitors are treated to a rare behind-the-scenes look at the European Embassies, many of which are among Washington's historic and architectural treasures. Each Embassy offered a unique program featuring the country's cuisine, its music and special events.
Saturday, May 15: International Children's Festival - The Meridian International Center continues the global celebration with the International Children's Festival. This interactive and educational fun-fair introduces children and their families to embassies from around the world through unique hands-on activities.
Saturday, May 22: Asian Heritage Festival - The Asian Heritage Festival offers an array of activities including musical performances, a multicultural marketplace and art exhibits.
