12:00 noon - 1:30 PM Location: Woodrow Wilson Plaza at the Reagan Building LIVE! on Woodrow Wilson Plaza announces another season of the best free performances in the DC metropolitan area! From salsa to swing, from hip-hop to blues, LIVE! features hot entertainment in a cool open-air café atmosphere.
2:15 PM Location: Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery Join a friendly docent who will give a tour of The Tsars and the East: Gifts from Turkey and Iran in the Moscow Kremlin.
3:00 PM Location: Washington National Cathedral These tours offer a special in-depth look at aspects of Cathedral artisanship. Today, mark Independence Day with a tour of Americana in the Cathedral!

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Location: Smithsonian American Art Museum Eileen Torres of Salsa Centro demonstrates salsa and traditional Panamanian folk dances with the dance group Danzas y Ritmos Panameños. Bring your dance shoes and join them on the dance floor!
5:00 PM - 8:30 PM Location: The Phillips Collection Join The Phillips Collection for a lively mix of art and entertainment on the first Thursday of the month. July's event features a horror movie classic, chilled drinks at the cash bar, poets and artists, music by The Mark Merella Trio, and, of course, modern art!

7:30 PM - 9:30 PM Location: Lafayette Square Why is it such turbulent events in DC history seem concentrated around the seven acres of Lafayette Park? Indeed, it is the most haunted site in the city! Location: Dumbarton House Museum Organized to coincide with the 2009 U.S. Presidential Inaugural festivities, this special exhibition is shown in the various rooms and chambers of Dumbarton House as if its historic residents and domestics are preparing for an evening out.
